"What to do when the rules aren't enough, and a decision needs to be made"

Sponsored by Sperry Charleston Race Week, Charleston Yacht Club, and US Sailing, the Forum is open and free to anyone who has an interest in race management.The Forum will be moderated by Randy Draftz, US Sailing Race Administration Chair, and the format will consist of a round table discussion consisting of judges, race officers, and sailors (amateurs, pros, and coaches). Forum will begin at 9:00 AM and will continue to 5:00 PM

 A pre-event reception  will be held on Friday evening (6:00 PM to 8:00 PM ) and a post-event cocktail party will be held on Saturday following the forum. This will allow for additional discussion and networking.  Lunch will be served on Saturday.
