Vendors for New London Pride Festival will be located on boardwalk of Ocean Beach Park, 98 Neptune Avenue, New London, CT 06320.
Saturday, August 8, 2026, 11AM-5PM (rain or shine)
Set-up between 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. (no earlier than 9:30am)
Take-down at 5:00 p.m. or later (park is open until dusk)
***Parking is not included in Vendor fee
Vendor sites are 10'x10'
There is no water or electricity hookups.
No outside food vendors are permitted. [Ocean Beach Park has café, lounge, bar, snack bar and ice cream stand.]
Vendors are responsible for removal of their own trash/garbage from booth site.
No tents, tables or chairs will be provided; however, volunteers will be available to help unload and load your supplies via hand truck.
There is a parking fee to enter Ocean Beach Park, we encourage carpooling. Pay at the gate upon arrival. ***Parking is not included in Vendor fee
Proof of insurance is required by all vendors and organizations.
