The INTEGRA project aims at responding to the limited participation of young migrants and refugees from conflict affected countries in Higher Education in India & Pakistan by facilitating their integration, psychosocial support and attendance in higher education courses. As part of the project, two capacity building programmes will be organised online for the staff of the four participating universities in India and Pakistan. One for the ICT tutors who will be involved in the delivery of ICT courses (29/11 – 03/12, every day at 10:00-13:00 CET) and one for the staff of the newly set Psychosocial support structures (06/12 – 10/12 every day at 10:00-13:00 CET). Both trainings will take place online via zoom, and the link will be shared to you in due time.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive certificates issued by the INTEGRA project. After the end of the trainings the participants from India and Pakistan will organise national trainings in order to upskill more of their colleagues following the INTEGRA approaches.

Participation to the capacity building programmes entail:
• Being an official member of one of the four participating universities
• Being involved in the delivery of services and courses to refugees and migrants
• Organisation of national INTEGRA trainings in the respective institution

Both INTEGRA trainings will be hosted online via third party applications. They will be recorded for dissemination, educational and training purposes. The recordings will be made available online at the dedicated INTEGRA platform. They will be deleted after five years of the recording taking place. You are not obliged to have the camera on during the training and you are not obliged to consent on the recording of the training. You can always remove your consent by contacting the organisers.
