HOURS of OPERATION
Lions Lair is open regular school days before school from 7:30am to 9:10am and after school from 4:15pm until 6pm. It may also be open during late starts or early releases, when necessary.

Lions Lair is also open on select non-school days from 7:30am to 6pm. Families must be registered for Lions Lair to attend on non-school days.

TIME BLOCKS
Lions Lair uses a daily time block system. Students may be dropped off or picked up at any time during Lions Lair hours, but will be billed according to which of the following time blocks they are present for each particular day:

Morning:
7:30 - 8:30am ($9)
8:30 - 9:10am ($4.50)

Afternoon:
4:15 - 5:15pm ($9)
5:15 - 6:00pm ($7)

Students will be charged for each time block they are present for daily*, according to the fees shown above. Time blocks will be added up monthly and fees will be billed accordingly the following month.

*For example, if a student is dropped off in the morning at 8:15am they will be marked as being present for both morning time blocks (7:30-8:30am & 8:30-9:10am) and will be billed $13.50 for that morning.

Likewise, if a student is picked up at 5:00pm, they will be marked as being present for only one time block (4:14-5:15pm) and will be billed $9.00 for that afternoon.

FEES & BILLING
$45 Annual Registration Fee, one per family
$9 per time block, per student, per day attended, (pro-rated as listed above)
$60 per student, per day attended for non-school day care

Additional fees may be apply for field trips offered on non-school days

LATE PICK-UP FEE
A late fee of $2 per minute will be charged for any student picked up past 6pm at the discretion of staff. Fees will be charged to your TADS account.

PAYMENT
Time blocks and any non-school day charges will be calculated at the end of each month and families will be billed accordingly, through TADS, on the following month's invoice. A breakdown of charges is available at any time, by request. Please email Mr. Stephens at lionslair@nda-mn.org.

SNACKS/LUNCH
Morning Lions Lair students will be served school breakfast at 9:00am each day.

An afternoon snack will be provided to all students that attend Lions Lair after school.

On non-school days, a morning and afternoon snack will be provided. Students are required to bring a lunch from home each non-school day they attend.

***If your student has food allergies, please list them on this registration when prompted.

RELEASE OF CHILDREN
If someone other than a parent or authorized person listed on this registration will be picking up your child, you must notify staff by email at lionslair@nda-mn.org or by phone at 952-388-6777 during Lions Lair hours. At pickup, that person may be asked to show proof of identification.
An email or phone call is always appreciated if your pick-up routine changes from the usual, even if that person is authorized to pick up.
