Please complete the following form to register to merchant at Ice Dragon 2018 in the Barony of the Rhydderich Hael, on April 14th, 2018.
This Online Form is provided to expedite the registration process and enable faster queuing and merchant management.
2018 Merchant Registration is $25.00 USD and includes:- Approx. 10' x 15' merchant space- Admission for One (1) Merchant- Admission for One (1) Assistant- One 8' Table- Two Folding Chairs
Additional Tables can be rented for $10.00 USD.
Additional Information: 1. Merchant spaces are limited to 18 spaces. Please reserve early. A waiting list will be formed and unpaid for spaces will be given up to the waiting list, in order of registration. 2. Merchants are welcome to bring their own tables, chairs, fixtures, etc. Please note that spaces are free-standing and plan accordingly. 3. Access to electricity is available, but Merchants must provide their own heavy duty extension cord(s), adapters, protects/covers, etc. On-Site WiFi is not available at this time. 4. Each merchant is allowed one assistant that is included in their merchant fee. Any other people attending with the merchant must pre-register by normal means or pay at the door. The Merchant liaison will not accept payments for non-merchant/assistant pre-registration.
Deadlines:Registration Payments must be received by the Merchant Coordinator by March 31st, 2018, otherwise your registered space will be forfeited to a merchant in the waiting list. All valid merchants will receive confirmation no later than April 2nd. If you have not received your confirmation by the evening of April 2nd, please email the Merchant Liaison.
Cancellations: Fees for cancellations will be refundable until March 24th, 2018. A request for refunds after this date will be given only with the approval of the Merchant Liaisons and the Autocrat, and will be considered after the event and only if the space was resold. All refunds will be issued by check through mail after the event.
