The designated early move-in date and time for all new international students is Friday, August 15th from 1-5PM. Late move-in is scheduled from 3-5PM on Sunday, August 17th. Outside of these dates/times, students are responsible for making arrangements for their own accommodations. If you are requesting an airport pick-up, accommodations can be made for flight delays.
Please be aware that mandatory orientation for new international students begins on Saturday, August 16th and international student immigration check-in is scheduled for Monday, August 18th.

Note that students will NOT be permitted to move in to the residence halls until you have completed financial settlement and received your meningitis vaccination (if you are unable to get the vaccine prior to arrival, this can be administered during check-in on Monday, August 18th).
If you are needing a ride from the airport, ACU complimentary pick-ups will only be offered from the Abilene Regional Airport. If your final destination is Dallas Ft. Worth (DFW), you will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements from DFW to Abilene.
