Este formulario es para que el trustee que piensa realizar algún cambio en su coordinación en cualquier de su(s) repetidor(es) debe indicar el cambio que realizó con el propósito de actualizar la tabla del directorio de repetidores y el database del PR/VI VFC INC. La información recopilada es estrictamente para mantener los datos actualizados y seguros. Se enviará un nuevo certificado de coordinación y validación de la frecuencia.

Cuando un trustee desee realizar algún cambio en su coordinación debe tener presente los siguientes puntos:

Debe llenar el formulario de cambio para que el PR/VI VFC Inc. tenga conocimiento del cambio que uste piensa en realizar.

Esperar la autorización del PR/VI VFC Inc. por correo electrónico para realizar el cambio.

Si la frecuencia la vas a mover a otro sitio debe hacer un estudio del área nueva a localizarse para que no pueda dar alguna interferencia con otra frecuencia cercana.

Es importante que mantenga la comunicación con el PR/VI VFC Inc. para poderle actualizar su cambio para enviarles los nuevos certificados de coordinación y validación

Nota: Está prohibido que ningún trustee haga cambio sin llenar el formulario. Si el trustee suministra información incorrecta o incompleta dirigida a engañar en las solicitudes de coordinación o validación será suficiente razón para cancelar cualquier coordinación (Toda información será confidencial).

Esto puede conllevar a la cancelación de su coordinación siguiendo la guía operacional del PR/VI VFC INC.

This form is so that the trustee who intends to make any change in his coordination in any of his repeater(s) must indicate the change he made in order to update the repeater directory table and the PR/VI database.
