10.) The following are the qualifications we are seeking in Faith Aloud clergy counselors. We understand that not everyone will meet all the qualifications, but please check any and all boxes that apply to you!
Graduated from an accredited seminary or divinity school
Currently enrolled as a seminary, divinity school, or religious studies graduate student
Have completed at least one Theology course and one Pastoral Care course
Have completed one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education completed (preferred)
Ability to converse with people of diverse faith backgrounds and experiences
Willingness to offer nonjudgmental, all-options pregnancy counseling
Familiarity with Reproductive Justice framework (preferred but not required - training will be provided)
11.) Before joining the Faith Aloud line, volunteers must complete a virtual training to ground them in a judgment-free, all-options approach to supporting callers. Would you be able to commit to an online training of approximately 20 hours (likely over several weeks in 90-min sessions)?

12.) Faith Aloud clergy counselors take responsibility for regular shifts during which they check voicemails and return calls. For example, someone might agree to be on shift every other Thursday from 1-4pm, or every Saturday from 9-11am. If you become a counselor, would you be willing and able to commit to regular shifts for Faith Aloud calls?
