An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting Upright Theatre Company, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Enrollment and Tuition Policies
Students will be asked to come prepared to learn, wear proper attire and not chew gum during class. For virtual classes, students must have a dedicated device and a reliable internet connection. Please be prompt in arriving for your class. In the event you are running late, please contact your instructor as soon as possible. Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment and tuition fees are due two weeks before the first class. Failure to pay on time will result in a $5.00 late fee. If you need to miss a class for any reason, students are asked to give their instructor 24 hours advance notice. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, safe and respectful manner at all times. No refund or credit will be authorized in the event of a dismissal. By enrolling, you will be automatically added to our mailing list. You may unsubscribe anytime at the bottom of our emails.

I am aware of the nature and content of the program and assume the risks associated with my/my child’s participation. I agree not to allege or impose any liability on Upright Theatre Company in the event of any damage, injury, or loss resulting from such participation.
