A sport pass is required to be part of this association

Our full-year membership fee costs 59€ however, because we are a sport association it is required to own a sport pass to become a member of our association. But since we don't use any of the sport facilities, we purchase an external sport pass for 40 euros in your name. This sport pass however does not grant you access to any of the sport facilities of Erasmus Sport. If you do want access to the sport facilities you can buy a sport pass through Erasmus Sport for the full price. Half-year memberships (from February 1st) are no longer required to have a sport pass, and hence cost €40.

Signing this form by ticking the box the below, allows Erasmus Esports to automatically charge my bank account for my membership fee and, if applicable, my sport pass fee.

Membership of Erasmus Esports is for an initial membership term of one academic year and is subject to payment of the membership fee each year.
Following the expiry of the initial membership term, the membership will be renewed if the member didn't cancel the membership 1 month before the start of a new study year (estimated August 1).

A member may terminate the membership by giving written notice to Erasmus Esports. If notice is given during the ongoing membership term, they will not be refunded the membership fee for the membership term.
Upon termination of the membership for whatever reason all sums owed by the member to Erasmus Esports shall become due and payable by the member with immediate effect.

Photography
Please be aware that we take pictures during our weekly game nights and at our activities. We may use these photos on social media and other promotional material. We will ask for your permission before taking focused photos of you.

If we nevertheless upload a photo of you and you wish to have it removed, please contact the marketing manager at marketing@erasmusesports.nl, or through WhatsApp/Discord. We will remove it as soon as possible.
If you'd like to pre-emptively opt out of all photography, please also send an email or a message to the marketing manager.
