Kent Ayyappa Temple have been conducting  Daily Ayyappan Vilakku Pooja during the Mandala season since year 2020 with the blessings of Lord Ayyappa.
Daily Ayyappan Vilakku is from the First day of Malayalam Month Vrischikam until Makaravilakku  (Mid November  to mid January)  which generally spans for 60 days (the two-month-long Mandala-Makaravilakku season).  
This year we are organising the Daily Ayyappan Vilakku Pooja from Thursday, 17th November 2022 to Saturday, 14th January 2023 as part of the Mandala Makaravilakku Chirappu Mahotsavam – 2022.

In addition of daily Vilakku Pooja, We are planning to conduct Special Ayyappa Poojas on every Saturday. Special Mandala Makaravilakku Main Pooja event Dates are:

Thursday, 17th November 2022 ( Ayyappa Mandala Pooja begins- Temple  Thirunada Open First Day) from 17:00 Hrs to 21:00 Hrs ( 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM).  Daily Vilakku Pooja begins &  Special Lord Ayyappa Pooja.
     
Special Lord Ayyappa Poojas on All Saturdays during Mandla Makaravilakku season from 17/11/2022 to 14/01/2023 & Thursday, 17/11/2022 , Tuesday, 27/12/2022 includes  Ganapathi Homam,  Abhishekam,  Vilakku Pooja, Bhajan, Deeparadhana, Neeranjanam, Harivarasanam & Annadanam.

Kent Ayyappa Temple Prathishta Dinam -  (Lord Ayyappa Idol Installation Day - 1st Anniversary on Saturday, 3rd December 2022).  As part of the Prathishta dinam , Shudhi Poojas (Sanctification/Purification) poojas will be conducted .

Saturday, 26th November 2022  - KENT HINDU SAMAJAM 10th Year ANNUAL AYYAPPA POOJA from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.  Kent Hindu Samajam members , Supporters & Devotees please fill this form If you are attending / contributing the event. - Not Available for Booking.

Daily Ayyappan Vilakku Pooja  will be held from 6:30 P.M. (18:30 Hrs) to 7:30 P.M. (19:30 Hrs) at Medway Hindu Mandir.  All other Special Ayyappa Poojas events on Saturdays and other dates, the Poojas will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M (17:00 Hrs to 21:00 Hrs) at Medway Hindu Mandir.

Devotees participating in Vilakku Pooja On Saturdays  and other Special Ayyappa Pooja days / Monthly Poojas are requested to bring Nila Vilakku (Puja Oil Lamp), Nalikeram (Coconut) and Pooja Pushpam (2 Bunches of Flowers).
Neeranjanam during Ayyappa Pooja on Saturdays with one coconut, ellukizhi and oil. Devotees offering Neeranjanam are requested bring one Coconut.

We have been receiving contributions and donations from various Ayyappa devotees in the UK for our Daily Vilakku Poojas and our monthly Ayyappa Poojas and Annadhanam. This helps us conduct the pooja successfully, all happens with the good gestures of Ayyappa devotees around us. As part of the Daily Ayyappan Vilakku Pooja, A Special Archana will be performed for you and your family by our Official Priest on the following Saturday after your booked daily Vilakku or at one of our major events day or Saturday Speical Ayyappa Pooja event day: The Daily Ayyappan Vilakku will be done / performed by a dedicated Lord Ayyappa devotee and volunteer of Kent Ayyappa Temple Trust Management Committee member.

Please note:  Kent Ayyappa Temple Trust & Kent Hindu Samajam / Medway Hindu Mandir management committee reserves the right to postpone, alter, cancel or make necessary changes to the events / programmes schedule if a need arises or circumstances beyond our control. Children’s safety is paramount therefore all Parents / Carers are reminded to be responsible for their children at all times while attending the Kent Ayyappa Temple & Kent Hindu Samajam programmes / events. All Kent Ayyappa Temple & Kent Hindu Samajam events will be filmed and photographed and possible live streamed on Kent Ayyappa Temple's Official YouTube Channel and other Social media networks. Please advise the Kent Ayyappa Temple & Kent Hindu Samajam event coordinators or the management committee members if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
Prasadams should be collected on the same day of pooja only. If you choose not to collect the prasadam, the temple will distribute the prasadam to the devotees present.

Kindly submit this completed Event Pooja Booking Form / Entry Registration form latest by 8 pm on Sunday, 13th November 2022 if you are interested to book the Pooja / attend the event. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to book the Pooja / enter the event also agree to abide by the conditions of entry. Please note: completing the Pooja Booking /  Event Registration Form does not automatically guarantee confirmation of a Pooja Booking Slot / place at the event.  Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a message advising that the Pooja booking has been accepted.         2. Please note the information you provide would be used to keep the record of Pooja booking / attendance.  3. Kindly refrain from attending if you have any Covid-19 like symptoms or self-isolating/quarantine. 4. The Kent Ayyappa Temple / Kent Hindu Samajam Management Committee reserves the right to refuse to accept any Pooja Bookings / Entry to anyone to the event even if you booked the Pooja. Cancellations & Refund Policy- Once the devotee booked a Pooja by paying booking amount / donation, there will not be refund of booking charge / donation. Devotees can cancel the selected Pooja two days prior to the Pooja event.  There will not be any cancellation of Pooja / religious ritual within 48 hours of the Pooja / religious ritual including on the date of Pooja due to any emergency on part of devotees also.  There will not be cancellation of Pooja which is booked within 48 hours of Pooja Event.   Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to: kentayyappatemple@gmail.com. Kent Ayyappa Temple Management / Authorised Administrative Person / Event Coordinator  can also cancel the Pooja booked by the devotees in case of any unavoidable emergency or for want of confirmation from the authorized Priest / Pujari and the same will be intimated well before 48 hours of scheduled day & time of Pooja or religious ritual booked and in such event the total refund of booking charges paid by the devotee will be made to he or she within two working days of cancellation.  Therefore, We Do Honor Requests for Refund Where the Following Reasons Apply; Few software mistakes or manual difficulties with the name of Pooja booked, or service issue occurs sometimes: although all the services are thoroughly reviewed before published / release, unexpected errors may occur.
