To be eligible for election to a Board position,
A Director:
(i) shall be an individual;
(ii) shall be eighteen (18) or more years of age;
(iii) shall not be an undischarged bankrupt;
(iv) shall not have been found under the Substitute Decisions Act, 1992 or under the Mental
Health Act to be incapable of managing property, and not found incapable by any court in Canada
or elsewhere.
A Director need not be a Member of the Association.
The election of Directors shall take place at the Annual Meeting of the Members. No election or
appointment of a Director is effective without consent given in writing prior to or within ten (10)
days of the election or appointment. A nomination form must be completed by all nominees and
two (2) nominators who are Members of the Association. Such completed form must be delivered
to the Secretary a minimum of five (5) days prior to the election held at the Annual Meeting.
