Sign-up for 2021 Youth Missions Trip to Honduras
Teens will have the amazing privilege to serve along side missionary heroes Eric & Hannah Kuhns as they tackle some important work projects, participate in evangelistic efforts and help with the annual youth camp. This trip to Spanish speaking Honduras will change your life.

In order to be eligible to have the privilege of going on this youth missions trip, you must be 13 years of age by August 31, 2021.
Sizes tend to run small for ladies. Most ladies have to go up one size (e.g. If you are normally a Small, you may need a Medium). Men's shirts may also be a good option for ladies as they tend to have a straighter cut and not be as form fitting (in this case order one size down).
By signing up, I understand that I am committing to attend the orientation meeting. If younger than 18, at least one parent or legal guardian must be present in this meeting.

By signing up, I understand that I am obligated to reach the financial deadlines, or I will forfeit the privilege to go on the trip. After June 1st, you will be responsible for the full amount of the trip. Money may be given to Pastor Matt, Youth Treasurer Zeb Brought, or given to secretaries at the Welcome Desk.
Deadline #1: Immediately - $100.00; Deadline #2: June 1st - $500.00; Deadline #3: August 1st - $1,350.00

It will be your responsibility to insure that you have a passport to go on this international trip. Please submit a copy of your passport to Pastor Matt by July 1st, 2021. Failure to do so will forfeit your privilege to go on this trip.
