Santhosham. In our busy lifestyle, we always wish to dedicate time to keep our body and mind healthy, but we are unable to bring that to practice. Here is a great opportunity to motivate yourself to bring that wish to a reality. This 14-day yoga challenge includes simple breathing techniques and easy to do yoga postures which will take only 14 minutes of your time each day.

We provide three easy, different options to do this.
1. Video - Using the video for instruction, you can watch and practice daily for 14 days.
2 .Audio - If you already know the yoga sequence, you can do it by listening to the instructions.
3. Read the document and you can practice by following the step by step sequence.
