Urban League Expungement Clinic
The Urban League is partnering with the Metropolitan Public Defender to provide free expungement services to communities targeted by aggressive prosecution and policing. Having a criminal record effectively shuts people out of society, preventing them from getting good jobs, good housing, and good education. Even having dismissed charges on one's record can be devastating to one's job prospects.

Oregon law provides that most misdemeanors, many low-level felonies, and all drug possession convictions are eligible for expungement after either three or ten years. Arrests can be eligible even sooner.

Please fill out the intake below and a representative from the Metropolitan Public Defender will reach out to schedule you for a clinic at the offices of The Urban League. Please note that this resource can only be used for Oregon criminal records.
