UK Diversity Database form

Diversity database

AIP is collating a growing diversity database, the first of its kind, to define the spectrum of live music promoters in the UK today, including those who are women/non-binary, LGBTQI+, neurodiverse, d/Deaf and disabled and ethnically diverse.

This database will form a 'go to' resource for venues, agents, artists and gig goers who want to strike the diversity balance in their live music business and experience.

As an active UK-based live music promoter you can fill in the form.

We will be launching this pioneering database in November 2025.

Background to the project
We conducted an initial survey in 2024 with AIP members to learn more about the demographics of our organisation, and the challenges they’re currently facing. From this survey, we recognised a lack of diversity amongst our members, which we want to address with the creation of our diversity database to champion promoters from under-represented communities.

If you have any questions, feel free to drop us an email: info@aiporg.com

This database is being developed in association with the following organisations:
Women in CTRL, LOUDWOMEN, Black Lives In Music, MVT, AIF, LIVE , Tonic Music, Attitude is Everything, UK Music, FAC & Come Play With Me
