2020 Registration Form
Registration is limited to eight (8) participants, ages 10-17 who can play their instrument at an intermediate level (not necessarily jazz), and who have uninterrupted access to a computer for at least 1 ½ hours Mon-Wed-Thurs mornings from 9-10:30 am. You must also be able to print music and study materials provided by the instructor, and play along with MP4s. Sessions will be held via ZOOM (online conference program).

In addition to completing the form below, participants will need to submit a letter describing why they want to be in this program. There will be a selection process based on the responses below, skill level (may be asked to audition) and the letter. Email letter to: TucsonJazzMusicFDN@gmail.com.

While this is a tuition-free program, there is a $35 Registration Fee to cover program administrative costs/final video clip editing/production. Payment will be due immediately upon acceptance confirmation.

There will be a video clip produced at the end of the session based on each student's own recording.
