To help us assign tasks where you’ll shine (this does not guarantee your assignment), let us know: What type of assignments are you best at or most interested in? Here are some options:

1. Registration booth (signing people in, selling tickets, handing out swag bags)
2. Raffle ticket sales
3. Vendor booth coordination
4. Event schedule coordination
5. Run route cheerleading
5. Water cooler setup and tear down
6. Event tear down (this is where we need the most help!)

Here’s what to expect:

Before the Event: We’ll have a quick in-person meeting at 6:45 AM where you’ll receive your t-shirt, your assignment, and a run-down of the event schedule. This meeting will ensure you’re fully prepared and confident in your role.

During the Event: Our primary goals are to keep everyone safe, stay on schedule, and encourage everyone to have a great time. Your role as a volunteer is key to making this happen!

If you have any questions before the event, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.


**So you know: Vendors may set up beginning at 7:00 AM and MUST begin tear-down by 12:00 PM - Some of our volunteers will be needed until 12:15 PM to make this happen.**
