Dear friends ~

I am pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in a business startup focus group. You may know what it’s like to start a new role or project at work or in your community, facing doubt and insecurities during change, and have probably at some point questioned your worth. I would be super interested to hear your experience of this pilot program, and in exchange I offer you helpful tools for defeating doubt while navigating transitions!

Our programs bring together 3 domains of awareness and practice: DIGNITY: our inherent self-worth; EMBODIMENT: incorporating dignity into our physical form; and AGENCY: choosing in alignment with dignity to reach our goals.

I am co-producing the pilot program, Dignity in Conversation, with Andrea Bordenca, the CEO of the Institute for Generative Leadership, US. This program consists of 2 virtual events: a Workshop on Jan. 19th, 8am - 12pm, plus a Peer Group Session the following week on Jan. 26th, 8am - 11am.

I invite you to join in this learning cohort, to develop skills to focus on your worth and what you care about as you move through change, and to discover the power of your voice to achieve the outcomes you want! The cost is normally $325 (for Workshop plus Peer Group Session), but would be NO-CHARGE for the focus group members. I will ask you to provide honest feedback and suggestions; to provide testimonials of your experience and takeaways from the program. You will also be invited to join the ongoing monthly peer groups that will form from this first program cohort. The cost for this is normally $99/month, but would also be no-charge for the focus group members (for the first 6 months).
