Seed Saving as an Enterprise

Holly Whitesides and Andy Bryant of Against the Grain Farm in Zionville have been growing seed for 6 years. They currently grow seeds (dried beans, small grains, and flowers) for Southern Exposure Seed Exchange, Sow True Seeds, Fedco. James Davis of Thankful Fork Farm in Caldwell County continues to grow a Red, White and Blue variety of corn, which his family has grown since the 19th century. Join us for a presentation and dinner where, Holly and James will each share their farms' Seed Saving Stories.
