Ideas that we didn't find achievable:
  • Fireplace (risk of fire hazard)
  • Jacuzzi on the rooftop (too expensive, big and require more investigation and maintenance)
  • Vending machine (too expensive and require more investigation and maintenance)
  • Use money to decrease service fee (not allowed to use the budget this way)
Ideas that will be forwarded directly to ToBeAt and not taken from budget:
  1. Cleaning supplies for cleaning after parties
  2. Dartboard (We have one already, but ToBeAt need to tell us where to place it)
  3. Make kitchen studio into co-working (Has been done in the past temporarily, will ask them to do this again)
  4. SmartTV like Google Cast (Rajeb will donate his to the living room)
