Join us on December 4th for Holiday Music, Shopping, Food and FUN!

There will be a variety of Food Trucks, Crafters, Artisans, Artists, Direct Sales Vendors (only 1 from each business), Local Businesses and Community Groups!! Plus the Hopatcong Recreation Department will be hosting photos with Santa, free kid activities and the town tree lighting from 6-8pm.

Holiday Market in the Park is being organized as a Craft and Vendor Fair, so no flea market type vendors and/or items including, household goods, secondhand goods or garage sale items.

Please note deadline for payment is November 20th!

Please read all the attached information and regulations carefully.

Holiday Market in the Park will be held under the lights in Modick Park located at 28 Hopatchung Rd & along Nariticong Ave., Hopatcong, NJ 07843

Vendors will be assigned an arrival time and drop off location. You will be asked in the form below to select a preferred arrival time. We will try to accommodate your preference. Once you unload your items, you will move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area before setting up your booth.

Please see the Terms and Regulations info below and read all the information carefully. You must agree to the Terms and Regulations to submit your registration form.

Once your registration is approved, we will email you with payment instructions. Payment must be received by November 20, 2021.  

Please note, that there can only be 1 of each direct sales company represented at the Holiday Market in the Park. First come first served!

One quick question… We are thinking of holding a second Holiday Market, but back in the DPW lot.  It would be held on either Sunday, December 12th or Sunday, December 19th. Would you be interested in joining us for that Market? *
Set-up time for Holiday Market in the Park is noon to 2:45pm. Holiday Market in the Park will be open from 3pm to 8pm. Vendors will be assigned an arrival time  and drop off location. Vendor will move their vehicle to the designated parking lot before setting up their space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents (weights are required), tables, chairs and all staging items. Portable propane heaters are allowed, however, fire extinguishers are required. Vendors are asked and encouraged to have their space open for the duration of the sale day.  Any premature signs of vendor packing can make the remaining customers uneasy and tends to deter any last minute shopping. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area at the end of the day, and ensuring that all garbage/debris has been removed. Please make sure your space is staffed at all times.  We understand that circumstances and emergencies happen, but if you leave your space unattended we are not responsible for any loss and/or damage that may occur. Vendors are responsible for calculating and reporting any and all applicable sales tax on vendor’s merchandise. Vendor grants permission to Farm to art FUN and Borough of Hopatcong to use images of Vendor Space and items for any purpose in connection with promoting Holiday Market in the Park.  Vendor grants Farm to art FUN and Borough of Hopatcong permission to use his/her name(s), and any other information in order to promote the Holiday Market in the Park.  All Food Vendors must have the proper permits as deemed necessary and in accordance with Sussex County Department of Health and the Hopatcong Fire Department.  All permits must be presented prior to vendor set-up. Once permission is granted by the Sussex County Department of Health, vendor will email a copy of permission over to Farm to Art FUN at A fire extinguisher is required when a generator is in use. All food vendors who prepare food on premise need to have a hand washing station. Due to allergies, latex items are not permitted at the Holiday Market in the Park including gloves and balloons. Release: Vendor agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Farm to Art FUN, the Borough of Hopatcong and its principles, agents, officers and employees from all claims, losses, costs, damages or expenses resulting from any and all injuries to (or death of) any person or damage to any property caused by an act of omission, or neglect of vendor’s agents, employees, invitees or guests which directly or indirectly related to participation in the Holiday Market in the Park or sales of product. Vendor agrees to use and occupy the space at vendor’s own risk, and hereby releases the Borough of Hopatcong and its agents, officers, employees, invitees and Farm to Art FUN from all claims for any damage, loss or injury to any person or property to the full extent permitted by law occurring on or about the property, including but not limited to damages resulting from acts of other vendors, theft, vandalism, fire and other casualty damage or damages arising from any defects in the premises. The Borough of Hopatcong and Farm to Art FUN are not liable for “acts of God” which may result in the cancellation, rescheduling or modification of the event.  This includes any damages which may occur during the event, as well as loading and unloading of vendor’s merchandise. In the event of inclement weather, Holiday Market in the Park will be moved to the Rain/Snow Date, Saturday, December 11, 2021.  However if the weather does not cooperate on that date as well and we decide to cancel for safety reasons, paid vendors will be compensated with a credit for a future event.
