☻ After School Art Club | 4pm - 5.30pm | Wednesdays - 11th May, 18th May, 25th May, 1st June

These workshops will be fun, relaxed and learner led. We offer projects with a flexible structure, working with various materials and techniques, whilst encouraging and supporting children to explore their own ideas

Cost (unless already paid via Eventbrite):
► Each workshop costs £10 per child
► Please pay by BACS to secure your child’s place, on receipt of payment we will confirm your child’s place by email.

I consent to my child/children taking part in these workshops and give consent for the following: *

My child may use a variety of materials and tools as part of this project, these activities have been risk assessed by professional artists & experienced workshop leaders to be age appropriate.

My child is likely to get messy, I will bring an old shirt / apron (We have some aprons which will be cleaned after each workshop)

I give permission for my child’s photograph to be taken for documentation and evidence of project and showcasing the children’s’ creations.

My child (P4+only) will walk independently to Perth Creative Exchange from their school/home or

I will bring my child to Art Club

I will collect my child from Art Club and will notify Creative Catalyst if someone else will be collecting my child.

We are still following the COVID-19 arrangements for WASPS Perth Creative Exchange:

► Adults will be asked to wear a mask in the building when moving around.
► We won’t be offering a drink/snack, so please bring these if needed.
► We aim to only use the toilet directly next to the art room.
► Hand washing and anti-bacterial hand gel will be available and encouraged to use when needed.
► Two artists and experienced workshop leaders will be running the workshop and wearing masks inside except when talking to the whole group & giving instructions.
► If your child is feeling unwell with or without symptoms of Covid19 we ask that they do not attend the workshop. We will provide a credit note for another workshop or if this isn’t possible then we will provide a full refund.

These details will be retained for the workshop purposes only, and will not be passed onto any other party.
