Freestyle Academy Application
Thank you for your interest to attend Freestyle Academy for the coming year. 

Only current Sophomores (10th Grade) and Juniors (11th Grade) may apply at this time.

If in the Fall of 2026 you will be a Junior or Senior, please complete the following online form below which will help us:

1. Accurately collect information - assuming you properly spell, etc.
2. Together with your counselor, determine the best schedule for you.

Your responses are not recorded until you reach the last page and click on Submit, so closing this application browser window in the middle of the application will essentially erase your entries.

IMPORTANT - Freestyle is a 2-year commitment for Juniors. Dropping out of Freestyle after 1 year means that you will have denied another student who was on the wait list the opportunity to take advantage of what Freestyle offers for the full two years. Don't deny this opportunity from someone else because you "just want to try out Freestyle for one year".
