If you are selling commercially produced merchandise (with the exception of self-published comics), you must register as a dealer.

INLINE DEALER BOOTH
$275 each

One 8 foot table

Two Dealer badges (children 12 and under admitted free)

CORNER DEALER BOOTH
$325 each
One 10X10 space situated at the end/corner of an aisle with exposure on two sides. LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

ITEMS NOT PROVIDED BY MCX:
Tablecloths
Electricity - available from the venue starting at $75 per drop*
Wi-fi or Ethernet - available from the venue starting at $125*
*A Venue Utility Request form must be submitted to the Agricenter with payment at least 4 business days prior to the event - email info.memphiscomicexpo@gmail.com to obtain a copy.

DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO PAY. UNPAID REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE DELETED FROM THE SYSTEM. BOOTHS WILL NOT BE HELD IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THIS FORM AND PAYMENT IS RECIEVED BY MCX.
A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT ONCE ALL ITEMS ARE PROCESSED.
IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE EMAIL INFO.MEMPHISCOMICEXPO@GMAIL.COM Dealer booth cancellations will not be refunded once application is processed.

If you wish to send funds via Paypal GOODS & SERVICES, you must include an additional 3% of the total in your payment for processing.

Items sold should be fitting for the theme and crowd of MCX. MCX reserves the right to reject a dealer application for any reason at our discretion. Funds will be refunded immediately upon notification that your application is rejected.

Dealers are not to sublet space in their booth for any reason. If multiple vendors split a booth, all vendors must submit a registration form and be approved. Subleting space to an unapproved vendor is prohibited.

Dealer badges are provided for booth workers only and must be worn at all times during show hours. Badges must not be given, traded, or sold to others.

Lost badges will incur a $35 per badge replacement fee.

Failure to comply with any of the above points will result in booth being removed immediately from the current show without refund and denied dealer application for future events.
