Survey for Producers--Covid Foodways
We invite you to participate in a study about how responses to the COVID-19 crisis are affecting food--how we grow, distribute, consume, and think about food. We use the term "foodways" to include all the ways we "do food" on all those levels.

We are a global interdisciplinary group linked to the University of the Republic, Uruguay, the South American Institute for Resilience and Sustainability Studies (saras-institute.org), the Network of Socio-ecosystems and Sustainability, Mexico (redsocioecos.org), and the University of Wisconsin. Participation is voluntary and anonymous.

Separate from this study, if you want to send comments or share photos or videos that illustrate some aspect of these questions, you can send them to: covidfoodways@gmail.com or post on Instagram or other social media with the tag #covidfoodways.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RESEARCH
We invite you to participate in a study about how responses to the COVID-19 crisis are affecting food--how we grow, distribute, consume, and think about food. We use the term “Foodways” to include all the ways we “do food” on all those levels.
You have been asked to participate because we are interested in ANY person’s experience of food and foodways during this time.
The purpose of the research is to better understand the ways our food systems are changing during the pandemic, and how our ways of doing food--our foodways--are changing with them.
This study will include any and all willing adults.
This research will be conducted online.
