2021 Woofstock Vendor Application

Join us for the 2021 Woofstock Festival
hosted by the Humane Society of Alamance County!
Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 10 AM to 4 PM
at the Burlington Athletic Stadium.

Rules and Regulations

Check in time begins at 8:00 am (subject to change)
Vendors must stay the entire duration of the event. Break-down begins at 4:00 pm.
Your booth MUST be set up and ready by 10:00 am.
Rental space is 10’ X 10’. Electricity will not be available & generators are not permitted.
Storage of all items must be within your booth space.
Please bring your own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
Vendor applicants agree to fully clean up their booth area after the event.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
There will be volunteers on hand to help unload/breakdown.
Email 3-5 photos of the products you will be selling to, be sure to include your business or contact name in the email.
No beverages may be sold for onsite consumption.

Notification of event participation will begin on July 12th. Once you have been notified that you have been accepted as a vendor, fees ($30 per 10 x 10 space) can be paid by check or credit card. Further payment information will be forwarded along with your participation confirmation in the form of an email from All vendor applications and fees due by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

In an effort to make the day successful for all our vendors we will be limiting vendors of similar items/categories. Jewelry and beauty slots will be limited.
