This form asks you about ALL FOUR exams in order.

(Note: If you take your exams with the DRC, please do NOT use this form. Instead, contact your instructor and/or the DRC office about scheduling.)

If you need to change your answer later in the semester, submit another form with the updated information.

You will not receive a response right away; we will email you the weekend before each exam with information.

“Will my request be approved?”

If you request a Wednesday alternate at least a week in advance and have a legitimate reason for rescheduling, you can assume your request is approved.  If your request for Wednesday is late, then seats are on a first come first served basis. If your request for special arrangements is late, you can assume your request is denied, but you can still hope.
