By signing up to volunteer as a teacher for classes or events organised by Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Bhuj - Sydney Australia (the "Mandir"), I agree to release the Mandir, including its employees and other volunteers, from any and all claims, including those related to negligence.
I understand that my participation as a volunteer involves some risks, and I voluntarily assume all related risks, both known and unknown.
I consent to photos or videos being taken during classes or events for promotional or internal purposes.
I consent to the use of a student management platform, operated by an Australian-based company compliant with Australian privacy laws, to manage information related to events, classes, communications, attendance, and other Mandir activities.
Personal information will only be disclosed within the scope necessary to deliver Mandir services. For example, this may include providing relevant information to teachers, volunteers, or administrators to support the facilitation of classes or events. The Mandir has strict policies to ensure only essential data is shared, and all volunteers with access to information are bound by confidentiality obligations.
The Mandir does not share personal information with third parties unless legally authorised or required to do so.
As a volunteer teacher, I acknowledge that it is a mandatory requirement to hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) if I am 18 years or older, and I agree to provide proof of my WWCC to the Mandir.
