Selection criteria for volunteers (such as MC for the event, music judges, advisors, helping hands): volunteers must be able to do the clerical help for the program management of the event. (Volunteers are not eligible to take decisions). If you are committed to work for the event, then you will be rewarded with an award certificate and appreciated on the day of the event. Selection Criteria : Promotes core values which align with event's vision and will not change the ideology of its existence and will abide by the organisation values and accepts this as an opportunity.
