Once you are a comfortable and confident Charleston dancer, it is time to improve other aspects of the dance. We will focus more on styling and adapting to our partners and the dancers around us, work a great deal on musicality and improvisation and will generally challenge our abilities as dancers. Besides that, we will of course add a lot of variations.
If you've been taking classes with us for a longer time, we'll make sure you also will be getting new material!

You do not need a partner to sign up for our classes, though it will help in securing your spot if you sign up as a couple.

Swing dancing is a very energetic activity. It is very likely to get sweaty while dancing. Please bring a towel and/or a fan, maybe an extra shirt.


This block will have ten classes, on Monday nights: December 9 until January 27 (Dec 30 is off).
19:30-20:30 Lindy Hop level 1: Bass
20:30-21:30 Lindy Hop level 2: Rhythm
21:30-22:30 Lindy Hop level 3: Melody

Classes take place at the Key Town Swing Studio, Stationsweg 31 in Leiden. This is the former Red Carpet Lounge, right next to the Central Station.

All our regular classes are €10 per class. This course consists of seven classes, bringing the total to €70. Adding a second course will give you a 25% discount on that course. Adding a third or more will give you a 50% discount on those courses.


Please note
1. Filling in this form does not guarantee your admission. We will inform you about your admission status depending on the total number of registrants and - in case of partnered classes - a good balance between leaders and followers.
2. When registering with a partner, both leader and follower need to fill in a separate form.
3. After signing up, you will receive an email with payment details. Please give this a couple of days, as we handle all registrations by hand.
