Letter of Good Standing

In order to certify that sponsors are active, practicing, Confirmed members of the Church, we ask that you have your pastor (parish) send a formal Letter of Good Standing to Our Lady of the Lake Parish no later than November 15, 2016.

Letters of Good Standing can be mailed, emailed, or faxed directly to Our Lady of the Lake Parish from the Sponsor's Parish.
