With this form, the Chair of COST Action 16111 (ETHMIGSURVEYDATA), Prof Laura Morales (Sciences Po, CEE), is inviting you to participate and contribute to the goals of this COST Action. This form is intended to: (1) collect contact and membership details from you, so that this COST Action can coordinate its activities and invite you to its meeting/events for the duration of its lifespan (until 31 October 2021); and (2) verify if you have provided COST Action CA16111 with consent to publish your contact and membership details, as well as take and use photos/videos of you.
The answers you provide in this form (which are classified as your personal data) will only be accessed, processed, and stored by this COST Action's Network Coordinator, Chair, and Working Group (WG) leaders. They will also only be used for the purposes described above.
After this COST Action ends on 31 October 2021, only researchers involved in this COST Action will have access to your personal data; they will only use this data if the activities started through this COST Action continue.
Any personal data that you have provided with consent to this COST Action, will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can withdraw your consent to use your personal data (or some of your personal data) at any time by emailing
