The Statewide Equity Office (SEO) is committed to soliciting active engagement from the State of Colorado employees and community members to inform its work. 

As part of this commitment, the SEO is establishing five distinct Statewide Communities of Practice (SCPs): Accessibility, External Strategy, Internal Strategy, Supplier Diversity: Construction, and Supplier Diversity: Goods & Services. These groups will play a crucial role in guiding the SEO’s strategic directions, ensuring that our initiatives are informed by the experience and insights of those working in and with our diverse communities. 

Your participation in these groups will contribute to meaningful change and ensure our strategies resonate effectively with the diverse needs we aim to serve.

Submission Instructions: Selections will be made considering the alignment of an applicants’ skills and experience. We value your commitment and look forward to your contributions.
