Purple Sage Online Absence Form
To submit an absence online, please complete the form below. You will receive a screen confirmation when the information has been successfully submitted. Submitting this form when your child is absent will be acceptable documentation.  It will NOT be necessary to send a written note when your child returns to school.  Absences must be reported 48 hours upon student return.

Students seeking medical attention are still required to bring in a Doctor's note.  Doctor's notes must be turned into the front office within 48 hours upon student return.

All absences reported after the 48 hour mark will be marked as unexcused.
