Application to HOST MEETS for Spring/Summer 2019
Welcome to the bidding process for spring/summer 2019 meets. All bids are to be submitted by Monday, November 12, 2019 at 8:00 PM.

This form will allow you to bid up to three (3) meets; to bid more meets, please begin a new application form.

Many of the responses are preset. Please note that meet fees and meet format/type are now required information for your bid. In order to help coaches plan for their meet schedules with this newer more open format, please provide as much information as possible about your invitational.

Only fees proposed within your bids may be charged. NOTE: MAC, MRC and State meet bidders do not list facility surcharges/fees. Those are determined by MSI and added to the Seasonal Championship Splash Fee.
