Come to our Tree Ambassador training to help us create a map of the largest trees in Olympia! Learn tons of fascinating things about our trees and prepare to walk with a partner engaging homeowners about the benefits of their trees. Olympia is blessed with many large trees. They provide amazing benefits to our community in the way of climate protection through carbon sequestration, storm water management, health benefits and many more. Help us to protect our remaining Giants!
Program runs Sept-Oct and resumes after rainy season March-July 2025.
Program by Thurston Friends of Trees and funded by the City of Olympia's Inspire Grant.
