Employee Pre-Shift COVID-19 Self-Health Check and Certification
Each morning, Holy Cross employees should exhibit their commitment to shared responsibility by conducting a self-health assessment to ensure that they do not pose a risk of transmitting COVID-19 to other community members. Before coming to work on campus, employees should check their temperature, screen themselves for other symptoms of COVID-19, confirm that they have not been identified by a public health or medical provider as a “close contact” of someone with COVID-19, and confirm that they have not been directed to self-quarantine. The following customized survey tool is designed to streamline that process and employees are encouraged to use it.
