PLEASE NOTE: NOW is for young adults 18-35 ONLY. Anyone over the age of 35 in attendance has been pre-approved by Angelica Bakhos, Assistant Director of Campus Ministry, to attend. These adults are serving in a volunteer capacity. Others will not be permitted to attend.
You do not need to pre-register to attend, however, it is helpful for the NOW Committee and will save you time at check-in (you will need to register that night if you do not pre-register here). We will be praying for each pre-registrant by name.
Each person attending from your organization must fill out his or her own form.
EVENT INFORMATION
Join the Fairfield County Catholic Student Union (FCCSU) for an evening including:
- A witness on suffering from, managing, and healing from anxiety.
- A Holy Hour with Eucharistic Adoration, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, praise & worship, and the opportunity to be prayed over.
- Young adult fellowship and tabling with several young adult and Catholic ministries, providing resources for engaging in the Church.
We are made to worship NOW. This life is not just rehearsal. NOW serves as a glimpse into our eternity with the One we desire.
- Open to young adults ages 18-35. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted into the church. Adults over the age of 35 are not permitted to attend unless they are serving in a pre-approved volunteer role. Campus ministers/adult group leaders are welcome to join us, whether or not they are in the age group.
- Doors open at 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM start.
- NOW will happen at St. Mary Parish (55 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield, CT 06877).
- Parking in the church lot is for those with mobility struggles and event coordinators. Please park in the St. Mary's School parking lot (183 High Ridge Ave., Ridgefield, CT 06877), directly across from the church. Volunteers will direct you.
- This event is completely free, but free-will offerings to support our mission are humbly accepted and greatly appreciated. Free-will offerings support daily Newman Center initiatives to build and maintain mentoring relationships and fellowship opportunities.
- Fellowship will take place post-Holy Hour in St. Mary School. Please follow the volunteers post-NOW for directions.
