Elementary Summer School Enrollment Form
Please complete one form for each Elementary student attending summer school.  

Information regarding the 2022 Summer School Summer is listed below:

*Dates: Summer school starts on Wednesday July 6, 2022 and ends on Thursday August 4, 2022. Summer school will be held Monday – Thursday only.  

*Times: Classes start at 8:30am and end at 12:30pm.

*Meals will continue to be provided to families through distributions at the school. Please be sure to review memos/letters from the school, as well as frequently checking the PAE Facebook page and website for updates.

*Attendance is expected each day. Students may not be absent more than 1 day during summer school. More than 1 absence could result in removal from the program.

*Student behavioral expectations are the same as during the school year. The Student Code of Conduct will be followed and enforced.
