HS Soccer program is for: TCA Students 8th-12th
When: Wednesdays 4-6pm
Starting Date: August 20-Sept. 17th
Playoff date: Sept. 24th
Finals: Oct. 1
Where: TCA Soccer field
Registration Open: August 10-14th(closes after the 14th)
Team Roster Posted: August 15th (team schedule will be on the tca board in the hallway and an email sent to parent)
Price: $25 (this fee will be put on your school bill)
The first teams scheduled to play will step onto the field where the ref will have a coin toss. Each game will consist of 2 twenty-five minute halves with a 5 minute intermission. The teams waiting to play will be on the other side of the field participating in a soccer camp. When the first game is done the teams that are participating in the soccer camp will switch over to the soccer field where they will play their game.
Please make sure your child has cleats, shin guards and a water bottle. It will most likely still be hot so please make sure your child has the proper athletic clothing for hot weather. Sports Pinnies will be provided for each team. The Athletics department will also be providing ice and water in separate cooler for all players. It is recommended that your child brings snacks if needed. If student need additional snacks, there will be a snack shack out at the field were students may purchase healthy snacks and non-caffeinated electrolyte drinks.
