When proposing an event, please keep in mind the following ideals and intentions from our funding sources:
  • Promoting local tourism and local products in Japan
  • Getting involved in sister state and sister city relations
  • Exchanges with Japanese communities
  • Introducing and promoting Japanese culture

What costs would be associated with this event, if any?  What would the cost pet participant be?  Would funding from JETAASC be requested for this event or would participants pay relevant fees?  How would payments be made/collected (i.e. would participants pay a JETAASC event organizer or the venue directly)?
