The Florida American Sign Language Teachers Association (FASLTA) invites you to be an exhibitor/vendor or during our professional development conference in Boca Raton, Florida, February 12-15, 2026.

Join us as an exhibitor/vendor! This is a prime opportunity to promote your agency, business, or organization, connect with professionals, and allow us to highlight your services or upcoming events.

Corporate: $300
Small Business & Non-Profit Organization: $150
Deaf Artist: Free
Self-Published Author: Free
Exhibitor/vendor registration includes one 6-foot table, 2 chairs, electricity, and Wi-Fi. You will be responsible for your own extension cords.
The space is limited to 18 booths. First come, first served.
Schedule:
Thursday, 2/12: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Friday, 2/13: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday, 2/14: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, 2/15: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Set-Up: Thursday, 2/12: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Tear-Down: Sunday, 2/15: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
All exhibits will be located in the same room as the breakout rooms. Hotel policy is as follows: Nothing may be nailed, tacked, taped, or otherwise attached to walls, doors, furniture, or other building parts. Exhibitors/vendors will be held liable for any damage incurred during set-up/breakdown. Hotel staff will be available to assist in hanging signs or banners. Please indicate specific needs below as there is a limited supply of extension cords, power strips, and direct internet plug-ins.
Exhibitors/vendors will be recognized on the conference website, in the conference program book, and in social media posts.
Insurance/Liability:
Vendors/exhibitors are expected to arrange their own insurance coverage for any property being exhibited, as neither the hotel nor FASLTA accepts responsibility for damage to or loss of any merchandise brought onto the premises.

Cancellation:
Should a vendor/exhibitor wish to cancel this contract, FASLTA must be notified in an email to FASLTA Treasurer at fasltatreasurer@gmail.com as soon as possible. If cancellation is before said date, $75 will be refunded. If a vendor/exhibitor has paid, but is a NO SHOW, there will be no refund.
