December 16th from 8:30 AM - 12 PM! Participant Registration:Due to limited space and availability, it is very important that teams RSVP before Thursday December 14th! Please RSVP by registering on: It will be taking place in the Duncan Family Conference Room that is on the second floor. Please check in at the guest information desk at front when you enter and they will lead you to the conference room.Parking is not included, so all teams are responsible for their own parking.**This form has disclaimer we require all parents to fill-out for each child participating or attending this event.
TEAM Registration: to confirm the registration all coaches are required to send a email to email@example.com of their interest to participate in this expo event. Please than collect and send in payment of $25 per team along with roster. Check payable to Kids Robotic Foundation.
Important Information: 1- Teams are expected for bringing a LEGO based mechanized model and a poster supporting their team’s research. The team will be interviewed at the event. The Event concludes with medals to all teams. 4- All siblings are welcome to attend and support their team. (Parents please take care of your kids)
EXTRAS: Houston Toy Drive (Completely optional; bring any toy to donate for good cause. No pressure! Just come and have fun!)
The Participant identified above (“Participant”) desires to participate (as a team member, coach, mentor, judge, or in some other manner) in the Junior FIRST LEGO League EXPO. As a condition of allowing Participant to participate in a Program, Kids Robotic Foundation (“KRF”) requires that the Participant (by his or her Parent/Guardian if under 18 years of age) agree to the terms of this Consent and Release Agreement.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by KRF and its affiliates and representatives. You release KRF, its partners and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights and liability of any kind you may have to any claims in connection with any team, streaming, webcasting, television, or other publication. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by KRF or the person or entity designated to do so by KRF.
In consideration for KRF allowing the Participant to participate in a Program, Participant (and the Parent/Guardian of a Participant under 18 years of age for and on behalf of the Participant and the Parent/Guardian) assumes all risk of such participation and hereby releases KRF and (except as expressly provided below) all of KRF’s directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims for any injury of any kind to the Participant (and the Parent/Guardian) or other damages that may occur as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Program, including without limitation any injuries or other damages that may be caused by the negligence of KRF or negligence of any of KRF’s directors, officers, employees, volunteers, or agents (including without limitation negligently failing to adequately investigate or screen coaches, mentors, volunteers, etc.), and agrees not to file any lawsuit or otherwise make any claim against KRF or any of KRF’s directors, officers, employees, volunteers, or agents for any such injury or other damages. The Participant (and the Parent/Guardian of a Participant under 18 years of age) does not hereby release any claims against any individual person who intentionally causes injury to the Participant.
Participant (and the Parent/Guardian of a Participant under 18 years of age) has read this document and understands that this Consent and Release Agreement includes a waiver of the right to make injury claims that is intended to be legally binding. By signing below, Participant (and the Parent/Guardian of a Participant under 18 years of age) agrees to this Consent and Release Agreement.
