Crystal Snow Memorial Toy Drive - Family Signup 
Pagosa Community Initiative (PCI) is organizing a Toy Drive in memory of Crystal Snow. Due to the absence of Toys for Tots this year, PCI aims to bridge this gap and ensure that children in our community experience a joyful Christmas. Families wishing to receive toys through our initiative are encouraged to complete the application provided. We will strive to address the needs of families within our community and ensure that each child receives at least one toy. Kindly fill out the following fields to help us match toys with the children in your family. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee that all families will be accommodated through this toy drive. A follow-up email will be sent to inform you about your family's status regarding this initiative. 

Toy drive toy distribution is set for Sunday, December 14th from 10:30am-3pm. Watch for an email from PCI with more information.
Application will close Friday, December 12th.

Pagosa Community Initiative (PCI) está organizando una colecta de juguetes en memoria de Crystal Snow. Debido a la ausencia de Toys for Tots este año, PCI tiene como objetivo cerrar esta brecha y garantizar que los niños de nuestra comunidad experimenten una Navidad feliz. Se anima a las familias que deseen recibir juguetes a través de nuestra iniciativa a completar la solicitud proporcionada. Nos esforzaremos por abordar las necesidades de las familias dentro de nuestra comunidad y asegurarnos de que cada niño reciba al menos un juguete.
