Home Field Group, Home Field Instruction, and our coaches shall be held harmless under all circumstances. The coaches, parents and players acknowledge that participation in athletic events necessarily involves risk of physical injury. In consideration for accepting this registration for a tryout and permitting the voluntary participation of the player in this tryout, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Home Field Group and Home Field Instruction, it's employees, volunteers and other representatives from any claims arising out of or relating to any physical injury that may result to the player while participating in this Home Field Group and Home Field Instruction related event/tryout/evaluation, including any physical injury that may be incurred during this event. *
