Report an Absence/ Reportar Ausencia ⚜️
Adelanto High School would like to share an easier method of submitting/ reporting absences for your students. We understand that life is busy and full of challenges that may prevent us from coming in person to submit excusal forms for our students. This form will allow you to report 3 absences at once
Please be sure to: 

•    Type in your students first and last name
•    Type in Student ID
•    The reason for the absence
•    Date of absence(maximum 3 days)

*EMAIL USED TO SUBMIT ABSENCE REPORT MUST MATCH THE PARENT EMAIL IN AERIES FOR ABSENCE TO BE CLEARED. 

*IF THE REASON FOR ABSENCE IS AN APPOINTMENT OF ANY KIND, PLEASE GET A PROOF OF APPOINTMENT SLIP AND TURN IN TO ATTENDANCE WHEN STUDENT RETURNS TO SCHOOL.

•Escriba el nombre y apellido de sus estudiantes
•Escriba la identificación del estudiante
• Fecha de la ausencia (Maximo 3 fechas)
•El motivo de la ausencia

*EL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO UTILIZADO PARA ENVIAR EL INFORME DE AUSENCIA DEBE COINCIDIR CON EL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO DEL PADRE EN AERIES PARA QUE SE LIQUIDE LA AUSENCIA.

SI LA RAZON POR LAS AUSENCIAS FUE POR UNA CITA MEDICA DE QUALQUIER TIPO  POR FAVOR ENTREGE PRUEBA DE LA CITA PARA QUE LA AUSENCIA SEA ESCUSADA, CUANDO SU ESTUDIANTE REGRESE A LA ESCUELA.
