Tewksbury Discretionary Travel Request for Remote Learning
Please complete this form for any intended travel which will require your child to miss in-person learning due to quarantining. Please review the New Jersey travel guidelines prior to completing this form. If your child must be absent or quarantine for any OTHER reason than travel, please do NOT complete this form. You should contact the school directly.

By filling out this form: Gr. 5-8: Your child will attend school remotely. Gr. K-4: Your child will be assigned asynchronous work and attend one afternoon meeting daily with their classroom teachers. For all grades, your child will attend all other afternoon virtual instruction they usually are provided. Attendance will be taken in all grades based on participation in these models.
