Application for Church Building Usage - Riverside Community Church
Riverside Community Church is happy to assist you with your event.

We are located at 30 Grenfell Ave. Swastika, ON P0K1T0. Parking is available in the upper lot or outside the main entrance.

Please contact us regarding a tour of the space prior to your use.

We ask that you review the Building General Use Policy on our website BEFORE submitting your form as it reviews your responsibility as a facility user and cost recovery details.

YOU MUST contact the church to confirm the date PRIOR to filling out the form.
The office can be reached at 705-642-3205, riversidenorthoffice@gmail.com. The office is open most Tuesdays-Fridays.

Please note that we do our best to set aside Saturday afternoons from 12-4 for children's birthday parties.

IT IS IMPORTANT to contact the church office BEFORE filling out this form to discuss date options. Thank you!

As with schools and many other public buildings, please DO NOT bring PEANUT products into the facility. Thank you.

Please note a slight change for 2019: Birthday parties are now booked at a $75 cost-recovery fee designed to help us keep up with heat, hydro and cleaning/maintenance, while still in an effort to keep costs as low as possible for families. Facility usage fees for non-birthday party events remain the same and are outlined in the General Use Policy. Please bring cash or cheque at the time of your event. We thank you for your assistance in helping us keep our facility up and running for the community!
