One moderator and one assistant is REQUIRED for every 15 students participating.
If a school truly cannot bring the amount of required adults, a $50 fee must be paid to WPCTE for each adult not in attendance.
Assistants can be parent volunteers.
If you prefer specific moderator/assistant pairings, please list them in order. (Example: first moderator listed will be paired with first assistant listed)
